payment terms
Retainers and packages are secured in advance and billed monthly upfront – work does not commence until our contract has been signed and your invoice has been paid.
Please note – any unused hours will be charged for and do not roll over. I will always notify you if are approaching your allocated hours.
Additional hours beyond your plan are billed at the ad hoc rate (£35 per hour for all tiers).
For ad hoc work, an upfront payment of 4 hours will be required, with the rest charged at the end of the month – any unused hours will be refunded.
Time is tracked using software to ensure full transparency for Ad Hoc work.
Please note a fee of £35 will be charged for any late payments. No further work will be undertaken once an invoice becomes outstanding.
In person or events assistance is charged at £50 per hour and any travel costs and expenses for in person assistance will be charged back to the client.
Urgent/out of hours support will be charged at £50 per hour – please refer to my working hours.
